b.  Attendance sheet - An attendance sheet was available and all in attendance were instructed to sign the sheet.

II.       Phase III

a.  The possible sale of Phase III to Maronda homes was discussed.  It was explained that at this point we were not aware that the sale was complete.

b.  It was explained that one lot on Harvest, two on Barberry and 44 in Phase III were being considered in the purchase.

c.  Maronda Homes had contacted John Kukalis and said they were unsure if they would join our homeowners association.

d.  Michelle Poole questioned if Mr. Latta's dirt road across from her home would be used during the building process.   John Kukalis had talked to Mr. Latta and did not believe that Maronda would be using that area.

III.      Alan Latta's property on Cypress Drive

a.  John Kukalis discussed Mr. Latta's plans for his dirt road on Cypress Drive.  He is not interested in selling it at this time.  John asked it we could plant trees along the edge of the road to block some of the mess for the neighbors.  Mr. Latta denied approval.  However, Mr. Latta is willing to let the neighbors clean up the area.

b.   It was mentioned by a neighbor that dumping is being done on this road on Sundays.   The board adviced the neighbor to get pictures and call the police.

IV.     Retention Ponds

a.  Questions about the retention ponds' status were asked.  The retention pond on Harvest near Phase I is owned by Murrysville.   Barberry's retention pond is not owned by Murrysville.

V.      Back taxes on Common Area

a.  There were back taxes owed on some Common Area running behind homes on Harvest Drive.  There was apparently some mapping error and the property is still owned by the Latta's.  The board was made aware that the property was going to be sold  for tax sale.  The board paid the back taxes to stop the sale.   The board is going to investigate how to get the property into Heritage Estates name and hopefully get the tax money back.
